You can also setup password protected student portal from the administrative control panel to access study material, assignments, calender of event, announcements, documents, result, messages and submit examination, pay course fee, exam fee and download Hall Ticket through password protected student portal.
Study Center Management
You can easily manage and setup password protected study center portal from the administrative control panel. Through password protected portal, Study Center will access Student List and profile, Student ID card, Accounts Statement, Events, Announcements, Internal Message, Documents, Back Office, Study Material, Syllabus, Assignments and exam result. Study Center allows to add unlimited number of Administrators like Counsellor, Accountant, Faculty, Front Office Staff etc. and to provide them access permissions.
Learning Content Management

Examination Management
Fully customizable Assessment Engine, that you can mould as per your requirements. We have a strong, multi-functional base Assessment Engine, that we use as a primer to create the interface, and include/exclude the features you want in your Online Exam. You can set different points (marks), negative marking percentage and time allocation. eCampus’s ExamBuilder can pull a designated number of questions out of each Unit to creates assessments across three levels of complexity—simple, medium, and hard. You can even administer the examination in conventional method by printing the question papers. It allows you to set examination schedule, Generate Hall tickets, Manage Examination Center, Question Paper Distribution, Publish Result, Generate Reports, Export Reports and Print Out Student Detailed Marks Cards and certificate.
Fee Management
The manual process for generating study center fee share and collecting payments involves high transaction costs and can be error prone. The fee share Management application enables organizations to automatically compute the fee share payment due from each study center, generate statement and allows electronic funds transfer fee share tracking. View Account Statement for all your study center, track payment schedule and eliminate delays in processing payments. You can also manage course fee, installment and late fee.
Back Office Management
The Back Office module is a brief one but an important module which mange the record of all receiving & dispatching correspondence. All the related information is well viewed in a single click by University, study center and students.
Role Based User Management

When Administrator register new student and posting Event, Announcement, Message and resend password, then student will receive SMS alert automatically.

This feature allows University, study center and Students to send, receive messages just like email..
Calendar of Event
Students and study center can access a personalized calendar that tracks everything from institution-wide events to specific student tests.
